IWG, a global brand offering hybrid working options, is opening nine new flexible workspaces in Texas. A new location of HQ is slated to open in the fourth quarter of this year at 12650 Crossroads Park Drive, Houston.
The facility will feature private offices, meeting rooms, co-working spaces and creative spaces to meet the needs of businesses with between one and 1,000 employees, according to a news release.
“Our openings in the state come at a time when more and more companies are discovering that hybrid working boosts employee happiness and satisfaction, while helping the environment,” IWG CEO and founder Mark Dixon said in the release. “Our workplace model is also proven to increase productivity and allows for a business to scale up or down at significantly reduced costs.”
