“I firmly believe that now the trend in real estate is going towards flexible workspace solutions, where people are looking for flexible options other than traditional real estate,” Samir Banerjie said.
Office Evolution offers private offices, rentable conference rooms, open coworking spaces, free snacks and coffee, mail services, an on-site receptionist, printer access, internet access, and other office needs.
Samir Banerjie said the space is a good fit for real estate offices, attorneys, therapists and small companies. These Cypress-based businesses don’t have to commute downtown for office space, he said.
The franchise has more than 80 locations nationwide, but this is the first in the Greater Houston area. The Banerjies said they hope to bring additional locations to the region in the future.
The community is invited to attend the grand opening from 4:30-6 p.m., where the Cy-Fair Houston Chamber of Commerce will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony and refreshments will be served.
