4. Tunnel to Towers Annual 5K Run & Walk


The Tunnel to Towers Foundation is hosting its second annual 5K event in honor of the 2,977 lives lost on 9/11 as well as the first responders, military and veterans who have served and continue to serve.

5. 35th semi-annual barbecue cookoff

The VFW Post 8905 hosts a cookoff featuring chicken, pork spare ribs and brisket competitions as well as a cake sale, meat wheel and liquor wagon raffle. Proceeds benefit veterans and the community.

6. Fiestas Patrias
