Owner Tien Ngo of HotSpot Cajun Seafood House said opportunity brought him to the Barker Cypress area in May. He believes he is filling the need for Cajun food in the Cy-Fair area with his seafood-based menu. The most popular dishes have been crawfish, shrimp, fried rice and a blue crab plate, he said.
“People have come in each day from around here and said how much they love the food,” Ngo said.

Bounce Bounce provides guests with an alternative way to spend weekends and afternoons. With a large trampoline floor, foam pit, dodgeball court, ropes course, zip line and four additional rides, the activity complex offers plenty of activities, Manager Sarah Kim said.
“We expect business to take off tremendously in the summertime,” Kim said. “There’s a lot to do for families and kids.”
