Montgomery County Precinct 2 Commissioner Charlie Riley said a traffic signal is being installed at the new overpass located on Keenan Cutoff Road and FM 2854 in Montgomery. Riley said there will also be a right-turn lane installed. According to Riley, the project should be completed by April and will cost $169,000.
