A project on Hwy. 105 to add raised medians, widen the pavement and modify traffic signals between FM 2854 and I-45 was 24% complete as of an Aug. 1 update from the Texas Department of Transportation. According to Public Information Officer Emily Black, as of Aug. 9 the contractor was experiencing material supply shortage issues, and an updated timeline could not be given.
