Conroe Mayor Toby Powell suspended Conroe Connection fares April 9 for its fixed route and ADA paratransit service to allow citizens free transportation to get medical treatment during the coronavirus outbreak, according to a press release.

The fares are suspended effective April 9 until May 1. The public transportation service operates Mon.-Fri. 7 a.m.-7 p.m. The press release said Conroe Connection staff are working to protect the health and safety of themselves and passengers during the outbreak.
