In four of the eight Conroe and Montgomery-area ZIP codes, the median home price saw an increase year over year in September. 77303 saw the largest increase of 10.37%—going from $253,700 to $280,000.
Of the homes that sold in September in Conroe and Montgomery, 54% of them were priced between $250,000-$499,999.
Also of noteIn seven of the eight ZIP codes in the Conroe and Montgomery area, the average time homes spent on the market increased year over year in September. The ZIP code 77303 saw the largest increase, with homes going from spending an average of 71 days to an average of 119 days on the market.
