The number of homes sold year over year fluctuated by ZIP code in Conroe, Montgomery and Willis in January, according to market data provided by local real estate firm The Jamie Bechtold Group.

Unlike the prior month, five of eight ZIP codes in Conroe, Montgomery and Willis saw the median home price fall year over year in January.

Three ZIP codes saw homes stay on the market longer on average year over year in January.

The greatest number of home sales took place for homes totaling $250,000-$499,999 in January.
