The number of homes sold year over year from 2022 to 2023 fluctuated by ZIP code in Conroe, Montgomery and Willis in December, according to market data provided by local real estate firm The Jamie Bechtold Group.

As with the prior month, six of eight ZIP codes saw the median home price fall year over year in December.

Five ZIP codes saw homes stay on the market longer on average year over year in December.

Similar to the previous month, the greatest number of home sales took place for homes totaling $250,000-$499,999 in December.
