Home sales prices were on the decline in September year over year in all but Montgomery ZIP 77316, which saw a slight increase in median sales price, according to neighborhood data provided by local real estate firm The Jamie Bechtold Group.

Further, homes on the market in Conroe, Montgomery and Willis stayed on the market longer in September than in September 2022 for most ZIP codes. However, Willis ZIP 77304 saw a -2% change year over year with homes staying on the market for one day less this September, according to neighborhood data.

The number of homes sold per ZIP code in the Conroe and Montgomery area fell 41.76% in Montgomery ZIP 77356, but rose 43.3% in Conroe ZIP 77301 in the same time year over year as of September.

The greatest number of home sales took place for homes totaling $249,999 or less in August.
