Education for Tomorrow Alliance officials said the nonprofit marked its 35th anniversary in The Woodlands area with a celebratory breakfast March 5 and is now offering a microgrants program for individuals or teams of educators from local public or private schools in Montgomery County.

Per the website, the grant is designed to provide resources to support teacher and student education in Montgomery County. Microgrants offered are up $500 and help support individual educator-initiated programs, projects or field trips that focus on subjects relating to careers, leadership, or science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
