A 2,600-foot expansion is planned for Camelot Street west of downtown Conroe, connecting it to Sgt. Ed Holcomb Boulevard with a new traffic signal.

Construction continues on a raised median and sidewalks from I-45 to Hwy. 75 along Hwy. 105 in downtown Conroe.

3. Three new Conroe traffic signals
New traffic signals are planned at Bois D’Arc Bend at Walden Road on the west side of the lake, East Wally Wilkerson Parkway at Conroe Park West Drive, and East Wally Wilkerson Parkway at Pollok Drive.

4. Buffalo Springs Drive bridge
The Buffalo Springs Drive bridge north of Montgomery reopened early November after two and a half years. The bridge was damaged in the April 2016 flood. The new construction supports better drainage.

5. Conroe Industrial Park improvements
Plans for new roads at the Conroe Industrial Park include 11,000 linear feet of roadway with four lanes and roadside ditches north of the industrial park. The project’s scope includes construction of a waterline and sanitary sewer to serve the industrial park on the north side of town.

6. Street rehab near Milltown
