Montgomery County will expand McCaleb Road from two to four lanes from Hwy. 105 to the overpass bridge of the BNSF Railway tracks along FM 2854. The project is estimated to cost between $4 million and $5 million and is funded via 2015 Montgomery County road bond funds by Precinct 2. The county also plans to undertake a separate project to expand the bridge over FM 2854 to match the expanded roadway.
