Owner Barbara Scannell said her shop, Hidden Treasures Resale & Consignment, is slated to open Oct. 12. The resale shop, located at 19380 Hwy. 105 W., Ste. 511, Montgomery, offers smaller furniture items—such as cabinets and tables—costume jewelry, lamps, recovered lampshades, small children's clothes and home decor. Scannell said she likes to keep prices low. A website is in the works. 936-448-8155
