Fewer homes were sold year over year in four of eight ZIP codes in August, including portions of Conroe, Willis and Montgomery.

Meanwhile, the median price of homes sold jumped by more than 10% year over year in all ZIP codes except Conroe’s 77304, which saw a slight decline.
