The Magnolia Woods Assisted Living is a 16-bed, assisted living facility located on a 4.5-acre wooded lot with access to FM 1488, Conroe, Magnolia and The Woodlands. Residents will receive support for activities of daily living, including medication management, help with bathroom use, dressing and grooming.

The facility features private rooms with private baths. Amenities include all utilities, private TVs with cable, a porte-cochere entrance, a sun-filled wooded backyard and patio, an in-house salon, daily housekeeping, and 24/7 personalized care. Additional offerings include an emergency call system and freshly prepared meals served three times a day.
