"Voyages of Conroe will offer acute inpatient behavioral health care tailored for adults and seniors with medical comorbidities/complexities," he said. "We have plans to later reasses community needs for other populations and/or service lines as we grow after launching."
Voyages Behavioral Health is an affiliate of PAM Health, which has locations in Sugar Land, Dallas, Pensacola and Thousand Oaks. The new Conroe location held an open house event April 12.
"Conroe was an a great opportunity that sort of just opened up for us," Jennings said. "We wanted a second location in the Greater Houston area, and this spot was perfect. Now we can serve that side of Houston better."
