Montgomery County commissioners are expected to review highlights of the upcoming fiscal year 2025-26 budget, discuss a water and sewer infrastructure project in Tamina and hold a public hearing on proposed changes to floodplain regulations during its upcoming meeting July 29.
What’s happening
According to the agenda packet, commissioners will hear a presentation of the FY 2026 preliminary budget. Commissioners are also expected to authorize negotiations with professional engineering and environmental assessment services for the Tamina Economic Development Project.
The project is part of a broader effort to improve water and sewer infrastructure in the historic Tamina community, as previously reported.
