Montgomery received a total of $337,654 from the March 2021 ARPA, which authorized $1.9 trillion in federal pandemic relief funds, according to the Nov. 12 agenda. All funds remaining must be under contract or committed by Dec. 31.

The funds for the College Street drainage improvements will construct a drainage system that will be able to effectively channel the flow of flood water with newly constructed drainage ditches, according to the agenda packet.
