The Conroe/Lake Conroe Chamber of Commerce is holding its 38th annual Lobsterfest for community leaders, business owners, elected officials, residents and guests to attend. The two-day festivities include a steak and lobster dinner, live and silent auctions and a golf tournament.

Friends of the Conroe Library Book Sale

The Library Friends of Conroe’s 30th annual book sale will feature fiction, nonfiction books, children’s and young adult books as well as collectible books. Books will be priced at $1 for hardbacks, $.50 for paperbacks and $.25 for children’s and young adult books.

The 35th annual Conroe Cajun Catfish Festival will feature food vendors with items from crawfish pie to turkey legs and corn dogs. The festival will also include over 60 exhibitors to shop from, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, a kids’ zone, carnival rides and live music.
