The city of Conroe is hosting a mother-son date night at the Conroe Aquatic Center for children 4-12 years old. The date night will include swimming, games, refreshments and a photo booth.

July 21-23: See ‘The Little Mermaid’

The Crighton Theatre is playing Disney’s “The Little Mermaid” as a Broadway musical for the last weekend. The production is part of Stage Right’s 2022-23 season and is not a youth performance but is suitable for all ages.July 22-23: Catch a gun show

The Lone Star Convention Center is hosting the High Caliber Gun Show throughout the weekend. A variety of guns, ammo, books, knives and camouflage will be on display. Visitors can also bring their own guns for trade.

July 22: Support the veterans


B-52 is hosting its first annual fundraiser benefiting the nonprofit Combined Arms and The Texas Veterans Network, which helps veterans find the path they need for services. The event will include local vendors, ax throwing, a cornhole tournament, food trucks and a silent auction.July 22: Watch a piano performance

Lone Star Family Health Center is kicking off the 6th Annual “Don’t Miss the Bus” health event where parents can get their children ready for school with a wellness exam and get their vaccines before school. Lane O’Neal, an 18-year-old up-and-coming country singer, will be performing live at The Table at Madeley. He will perform classic hits from his favorite singers, including George Strait, Merle Haggard, Garth Brooks and Waylon Jennings.
