The Montgomery County Fair & Rodeo is kicking off this weekend, as well as the annual Mudbugs & Music Fest and Libation Creation Festival's Saturday. Choose from several festival and spring celebrations happening this weekend in Conroe, Montgomery and Willis.

March 24: Get an update on Lake Conroe development

The Lake Conroe Regional Outlook is hosting an event at Margaritaville to discuss the growth and development across the Lake Conroe region. The Montgomery County Fair & Rodeo will kick off its annual celebration March 24. The event includes a fair, rodeo, food trucks, local vendors, live music and performances across multiple days. New changes to the fair and rodeo this year include new general admission entertainment for grounds acts, an expanded retail shopping area, performers Drake Milligan and Pat Green, parking lot improvements, and upgraded rodeo performances. March 25: Eat crawfish, listen to music

The city of Montgomery is hosting the third annual Music & Mudbugs Festival on Saturday. The one-day festival includes live music performances, crawfish, food trucks, multiple vendors and a kid zone. Music performances this year include Mark Chesnutt, Randall King, Sundance Head, Jason Cassidy, Wayne Toups, Jeff Canada and War Hippies.March 25: Try new beers, ciders and mead


B-52 Brewery in Conroe is presenting the 2023 LCF Festival. Guests will be able to try favorite local beers, ciders, wine and mead from Bernhardt Winery, City Orchard Ciders, Wildflyer Mead and B-52 Brewing. The Libation Creation Festival will include the chance to attend a winemakers masterclass, take a tour of the brewery and learn how to make mead. Live music, food trucks and an artisan market is will also be on-site.March 25: Enjoy a Spring tea party

Kingdom Dance company is inviting moms and daughters to a Spring tea party at at the Majestic Youth Sports Center. Guests will enjoy a morning with brunch followed by arts and crafts, a dance performance and private class.

March 26: Wine & dine with Conroe Symphony Orchestra

Friends of the Symphony will celebrate the Conroe Symphony Orchestra's 25th season with the Silver Jubilee. The event will feature live music, food and wine. Proceeds from the event will help the Conroe Symphony Orchestra.March 26: Celebrate Spring

The Owen Theatre is presenting "Sweeney Todd," a dark, complex musical based on a Victorian era serial novelization. Audiences can expect to hear a haunting score with a chance for macabre laughs.
