Dec. 17: Donate to Woodforest’s Giving Tree donation drive

The Woodforest Giving Tree drive will end Dec. 17. The drive collects needed items for local charities, such as Operation Pets Alive or Toys for Tots. Woodforest will also donate $100 to a charity whose box is filled. Donations can be dropped off at 251 Central Pine St., Montgomery. 936-447-2800.

Dec. 18: Enjoy a concert before Christmas

The Conroe Symphony Orchestra will perform “T’was the Concert Before Christmas” at the Willis ISD Performing Arts Center. Dec. 18:​​ Celebrate Christmas at 7 Acre Woods
