After canvassing the results of the Nov. 5 election, the Conroe ISD board of trustees saw four new members sworn in at a special meeting Nov. 18.

The new members replace outgoing members Skeeter Hubert, Datren Williams, Stacey Chase and Theresa Wagaman.

Meet the players

Filling board positions 4, 5, 6 and 7, respectively, are Nicole May, Lindsay Dawson, Melissa Semmler and Marianne Horton.


The trustees were sworn in by state Rep. Steve Toth, who represents District 15 in the Texas House of Representatives.

The followed trustees were appointed to positions on the board:
  • Misty Odenweller, president
  • Tiffany Nelson, first vice president
  • Melissa Dungan, second vice president
  • Lindsay Dawson, secretary
  • Marianne Horton, assistant secretary
What's next

In addition to a board meeting scheduled for 6 p.m. Nov. 19, the board of trustees is scheduled to meet Dec. 17. Meetings are held in the board room at the Deane L. Sadler Administration/Technology Center, 3205 W. Davis St., Conroe.
