With 24 of 24 election day precincts reporting, incumbent Trey Kirby lost to challenger Paul E. Cameron IV in the Montgomery ISD board of trustees Position 4 race, according to results from Montgomery County. Kirby received 49%, or 1,210 votes, while Cameron received 51%, or 1,237 votes.

With 17 of 24 election day precincts reporting, incumbent Trey Kirby has narrowed challenger Paul E. Cameron IV's lead in the Montgomery ISD board of trustees Position 4 race, according to results from Montgomery County. Kirby has 49% of the vote, and Cameron has 51% of the vote.

According to unofficial results from Montgomery County, incumbent Trey Kirby is trailing challenger Paul E. Cameron IV in the Montgomery ISD board of trustees Position 4 race.

Cameron has 53% of the vote and Kirby has 47%.
