The Lone Star College System will host an open house April 11 from 4-7 p.m. at its campus locations. According to a news release, attendees can tour campuses, speak with campus representatives, learn about college resources and begin the enrollment process.

LSC Chancellor Stephen Head said the open house event is a casual, come-and-go event to give potential students an idea of what LSC has to offer.

“We are a great choice for individuals still figuring out their educational or career goals,” he said in the release. “Lone Star College is an affordable choice to earn a quality education, and we offer flexible schedules, especially for students who work full time or have important obligations.”

LSC offers over 200 program options, including four bachelor's degrees; an honors college; and a 100% online campus, LSC-Online.

“Students can take what they learn with us and transfer to a four-year university or learn a trade to successfully enter the workforce,” Head said.

LSCS has campuses in Houston, University Park, Montgomery, Tomball, Kingwood and Cypress.
