Montgomery and Willis ISDs announced late March 21 that most students will have a delayed start March 22 due to inclement weather.

In a statement March 21, MISD officials said all campuses will have a two-hour delayed start, meaning bus routes will operate on a two-hour delay from their regularly scheduled pickup time, and the school day will end at the normal dismissal time.

In a social media post late March 21, WISD officials said middle and high school students will have a delayed start March 22, beginning the school day at 10 a.m. However, elementary and pre-K students will begin at the regularly scheduled start time, 8:25 a.m. and 8:35 a.m., respectively, according to the post.

WISD officials said an updated announcement will be shared at 7 a.m. March 22, with the possibility of closing campuses.

Conroe ISD also delayed its start time March 22.
