On the menu
A range of menu items feature chef-inspired casual options like coconut macadamia nut chicken strips and coffee crusted pork chops. All menu items are homemade from scratch, Gonzalez said, and the business will continue catering services.
Meet the chef
Co-owner and executive chef Oscar Gonzalez began his career at Brennen's of Houston before working his way to executive chef of the Walden Golf Club for 18 years. Both Oscar and Elaine then opened a family-owned food truck in May 2023.
