“I specifically chose FM 1488 because I personally love this growing area and want to contribute as much as I can to it,” Perez said. “I’ve had a passion for coffee since I was a little girl and have always wanted to open a coffee shop.”
The coffee trailer offers customers drinks such as lattes and cappuccinos. Perez also said the business features a rotating seasonal menu.
“There’s so much that goes into making a good drink. When I say consistency is key, I mean it,” Perez said. “We measure everything from [the] dry bean[s] to the grounds [to] the output of espresso [from] our machine. We want every drink to taste the exact same regardless of who makes it.”
Perez also said Bloomin’ Brews Coffee is available for events, such as corporate parties or weddings.
“My goal is to have a safe space where our community can connect, thrive and enjoy a good cup of joe,” Perez said.
