Manager Hector Duarte said the restaurant sells signature sandwiches, such as pastrami, blackened chicken, Italian and roast beef. Other items on the menu include pizza, quesadillas and pastries. Duarte said the food, pastries and bread are baked fresh daily.
"Nothing is outsourced except the ingredients," he said. "We bring in the ingredients and make everything here. The coffee and espresso is also made in house along with the sweet tea.
Owner John Iacono worked in several bakeries and delis in different states, such as New Jersey, Arizona and California, before moving to Texas.
"John has a lot of experience in the culinary arts," Duarte said. "He serves top-quality ingredients and is very meticulous about what he serves his clients."
