The Home Depot has filed plans for work at a new site in Conroe, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

The details

Construction is expected to begin in September 2025 and wrap up in October 2026, according to the filing. The project has an estimated cost of $17 million. Details are subject to change.
