Landmark Properties has begun construction on a 190-unit build-to-rent community located along Longmire Road in Conroe, according to a Feb. 9 news release.
In a nutshell
According to the release, the community, named The Everstead at Conroe, will feature:
- 56 two-bedroom and 134 three-bedroom ranch homes and townhomes
- A 2,817-square-foot clubhouse with a fitness center
- A resort-style swimming pool
- A dog park
- A playground
- Pickleball and bocce courts
- Parking for 567 vehicles
Meanwhile, the homes will feature kitchens with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and large pantries; living spaces with hardwood-style floors and ceiling fans; and fully fenced-in backyards with private patios, according to the release.

The first units are expected to be delivered in early 2025, with the project anticipated to be completed in late 2025, according to the release.
