After a March 2 grand opening event, Lake Creek Ranch, a custom home community in Montgomery, will open its model home during regular business hours, Hycraft Homes President Jordan McDonald said via email.

The community, located south of Lake Conroe, will feature 50 homes on 1.5-acre lots, with lot sales having already begun, McDonald said. Home and land packages start in the mid-$800,000s and go up in price from there.

Lake Creek Ranch is zoned for Keenan Elementary, Oak Hills Junior High and Lake Creek High School in Montgomery ISD, McDonald said.

A grand opening event will be held on March 2 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at 2412 Old Ranch Road, Montgomery. There is no cost to attend, and attendees can expect food, drinks, raffle prizes and activities for all ages, McDonald said.
