Legend Homes plans to offer 10 different floor plans with pricing starting in the mid-$200,000s. The model home is set to open this fall, according to the release.

Granger Pines comprises 460 acres with approximately 1,300 homes planned. The first phase includes over 200 single-family homesites, according to the release. It is within Conroe ISD’s boundaries and has an on-site elementary school, Hope Elementary School.
In addition, the community offers new homes for rent in its build-to-rent section, The Village at Granger Pines, according to The Signorelli Co. Rental Properties of America completed the first set of rental homes and started leasing to tenants in June 2022. As of early August, The Village at Granger Pines has 22 homes available for lease, according to The Signorelli Co.

Another builder in the master-planned community, Century Communities, completed and opened its model home at Granger Pines, according to the developer. Century Communities is planning a Realtors open house Aug. 10 and a public open house Aug. 12 to showcase the model.
In addition, First America Homes, which is a division of The Signorelli Co., has a model home completed and another that is under construction, which should be finished at the end of 2023, according to The Signorelli Co.
Construction is also completed on The Grove, which is the recreation center in Granger Pines, according to The Signorelli Co. The amenity center includes a lakeside pocket park, a covered pavilion, a splash pad, a playscape and trails.
What's next
There will be 120 acres of green space and lakes, neighborhood parks, a nature preserve, and trails. Granger Pines is situated near shopping and entertainment with plans for retail and commercial spaces within the community.
