Waterstone is a gated community located at 101 Waterstone Drive, Montgomery. After opening for home sales in April 2022, Tricia Collins with K. Hovnanian, the development company, said there were delays with electricity that delayed the completion of homes. The community reopened for sales in April 2023. Collins said there are an additional 81 lots available on top of the 45 homes that currently exist.

Wendy Hughes with K. Hovnanian said building a home will take six to eight months and will cost $500,000-$700,000.
