First Millennium Realty is developing the 105 Business Plaza, a mix of retail and office spaces for about 15 tenants, according to the firm. Construction of the shells of the buildings is anticipated to wrap up by the end of April with businesses moving in this summer, including an urgent care.

Possible tenants include a meat market, pizza place and bakery, among others, according to First Millennium Realty. Family First Urgent Care is slated for the plaza and expected to open July 1, according to First Millennium Realty.
