The Vic is an apartment community under construction in Pinemarket at Woodforest in Montgomery. According to a Dec. 22 news release, the complex will feature amenities, such as a dog park, a fitness center, a pool with a built-in swim-up bar, a clubhouse and a pickleball court. Preleasing began Dec. 22.
