Third phase of Pine Market underway, set to finish fourth quarter of 2022 in Woodforest

Pine Market Phase 3 is underway and expected to have apartment availability in June, according to an April 26 news release.

In addition to 51 apartment units at The Lofts at Pine Market, the center will have multiple buildings for retail, and the entire third phase is expected to be complete by the fourth quarter of 2022, according to the release.

Pine Market is the commercial center of Woodforest, a master-planned community in Montgomery, north of The Woodlands.

The Lofts at Pine Market, the first multi-family addition to Woodforest, will feature floor plans ranging from 560 square feet to 1,411 square feet for residents age 55 and older, according to the release. Rent will start at $1,500 a month, and floor plan options include studio and one- and two-bedroom designs. The apartments are expected to welcome tenants in July, according to the release.

Phase 3 of Pine Market also includes an estimated 70,000 square feet across four buildings, with buildings one and two accounting for 55,000 square feet for The Lofts at Pine Market and retail, according to the release. Two other buildings, with more than 8,000 square feet each, will also be used for retail.

Twenty five retailers have opened in the first two phases of Pine Market including tenants such as Harvest Market, Luv Coffee, Adventure Kids Playcare and Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming, according to the release. The Pine Market complex will also feature a large park for events such as festivals and farmers markets.
