Homes in The Woodlands Hills will range from roughly 1,400-square feet and up, with homes priced from $200,000s to $500,000s, said Heath Melton, vice president of master-planned communities for The Woodlands Development Company.
A grand opening celebration for the community is scheduled for May, and it will showcase the first single-family model homes, Melton said.

On Jan. 18, the Howard Hughes Corp. announced two additional homebuilders for The Woodlands Hills, their newest master-planned community, via a news release. Century Communities and Chesmar Homes are the most recent homebuilders slated for the development, joining homebuilders Ravenna Homes and Westin Homes.
The Woodlands Hills, a 2,000-acre master-planned community broke ground in mid-November near the intersection of FM 830 and I-45. The development is more than 10 miles north of The Woodlands, and will feature 112 acres of open space, more than 20 neighborhood parks connected by hiking and biking trails and a 17-acre Village Park.
Century Communities and Chesmar Homes will both offer a collection of single-family homes on 50-foot homesites, according to the news release.
A grand opening celebration for the community is scheduled for spring 2018, and it will showcase the first single-family model homes. The Woodlands Hills will bring more than 4,500 residencies to the area upon its buildout.
