TheMission Church, which currently holds services at The Sam Houston Memorial Chapel at 10129 FM 1097, Willis, is underway with building a new campus, Pastor Jeremy Mattek confirmed.

“We are building this church in order to have our own ministry campus and worship space,” Mattek said.

The new campus will sit on 21.5 acres and the project involves multiple phases, Mattek said. Phase 1 includes a chapel with offices and meeting space, pickleball courts and campus infrastructure, while Phases 2, 3 and 4 involve a preschool, elementary school and high school, respectively.
