According to a Nov. 8 news release, several new businesses are moving into 336 Marketplace in Conroe's Grand Central Park, located at the southwest corner of I-45 and South Loop 336. Community Impact previously reported Total Wine & More will be opening in 336 Marketplace in 2025, and home furnishings retailer Living Spaces celebrated its grand opening nearby Nov. 17.

Petco

The pet store opened in October and offers pet products, professional dog grooming, a vaccination clinic and an aquatics department. Customers can also enroll pets in in-store obedience classes.
