“While the previous location is near and dear to our hearts, after 50 years there, we were looking for an upgrade to true Class A office space,” Dean & Draper Marketing Director Warner Phelps said in the release. “We wanted our new location to represent who we strive to be professionally while positively reflecting the carriers we represent. In our location search and internal discussions, we knew we wanted to stay in Conroe. The new Woodforest building made a lot of sense as a centrally located, prominently visible office located conveniently to multiple major Conroe thoroughfares.”
The rebuilt Woodforest building opened in May 2022, spanning 32,800 square feet. Woodforest occupies 3,993 square feet of the building between its retail branch and commercial banking team.
“We expect to grow significantly as our community continues to grow. We are now able to stay centrally located downtown with room for future growth in our current office space. We are thrilled to be here and excited to be associated with the prestigious Woodforest brand," Phelps said in the release.
