Galavant's Coffee will open in June in downtown Conroe. Owners Bradley Bailey and Makenzie Rankin will operate the mobile coffee cart and sell teas, homemade syrups and espresso-based beverages using beans from Amaya Coffee, a specialty roaster based in Houston.
