Jan. 20: Houston Women’s March meets at Buffalo Bayou and marches to City Hall
More than 22,000 women, men and children marched to Houston’s City Hall to promote shared values of equality, diversity and justice in 2017. This year, participants will gather at 9:30 a.m. at Buffalo Bayou Waterworks Building, 105 Sabine St. March begins 10 a.m. followed by a rally at Houston City Hall. Jan. 20: Midtown Park opens with food trucks, fitness classes and family-friendly activities
Midtown Park celebrates its grand opening with a free, all-day event that will include food trucks, live music, family-friendly activities and a preview of future events such as fitness classes.
