Brixology Crafted Cocktails brought high-end mixed drinks to The Vintage when it opened in February, owners Nita Miller and Don James said.

With popular mixed drinks, such as the cucumber rosemary martini and the Boulevardier, Brixology’s owners are looking to create an environment similar to Las Vegas’ famous cocktail lounges.   

“A lot of people want to go out and have a nice cocktail and relax and have the comfort but yet be more in a lounge [setting],” Miller said.

Looking to have a Las Vegas cocktail bar aesthetic, Brixology has updated the bar’s interior design with new couches and a different layout since opening. In 2016, Miller and James plan to continue assembling a large collection of whiskey for Brixology.

“We are slowly building one of the best whiskey selections in this part of town,” James said.
