The city of Bellaire reported several high-water locations June 25 after the area received close to three inches of rain in the past 24 hours, according to Harris County flood gauges.

A flood advisory was expected to expire by 11:30 a.m. The National Weather Service is forecasting a 50% rain chance overnight and a 50% chance on Friday, June 26, with diminishing rain chances after that.

The Brays Bayou rain gauge at South Rice Avenue recorded 2.76 inches of rain in the past 24 hours, as of 11 a.m. June 25.
