Sales rose slightly in four ZIP codes while dropping slightly in the 77025 ZIP code.Meanwhile, the median price of homes sold fell in four of five local ZIP codes when comparing July 2023 to July 2022. Prices were relatively flat between the two months in the 77025 ZIP code, which saw a 4% decrease. The 77005 ZIP code—the most expensive of the five, covering the West University Place area—saw a drop in the median price of just under 30%.
The 77401 ZIP code, which covers Bellaire, was the only ZIP code to see an increase in the median price between the two months.
