Paws for Literacy

Paws for Therapy is providing trained therapy dogs to come and sit with shy readers to help them gain confidence. Each participant will get 15 minutes to read with a friendly dog.Japan Festival of Houston

Learn more about the cultural heritage of Japan and how it is demonstrated in Japanese-American communities. Enjoy traditional and contemporary performances of Japanese music, dance and martial arts, while displays of Ikebana flower arrangements, a tea ceremony, origami, vendors, food trucks and family-friendly games will also be available.
