Potbelly Sandwich Shop is slated to open in Houston at the Texas Medical Center's Helix Park, according to filings with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

The TDLR website states construction of the 1,639-square-foot restaurant will cost $740,000. Construction is estimated to conclude by the end of October, according to TDLR, though timetables can change.

According to the fast-casual eatery's website, Potbelly offers sandwiches, soups, salads and desserts. The company also delivers customizable boxed lunches, sandwich bundles and other catering options.
